My name is Paul Carrick and I am now a UKCC Level 3 cricket coach, conducted by the ECB Coaches Association.
I am looking to coach in Europe either in a full time,Part time or weekly capacity.
I have 20 years experience in coaching at Club level and also as part of the Durham CCC Coaches Association.
For the last 2 years I have been working with the Durham U17 girls team that were league winners in 2012. I have also been Head Coach of the Durham U13 side.
In 2009 I was a regional winner of the Sky Sports Excellence in coaching award, which was presented by Sir Ian Botham at the Riverside Ground,Durham
before the ODI between England and Australia.
I can assure you that I am dedicated and thorough in my work and I keep up to date with use of the latest techniques and video analysis.

I am Ukcc Level 3 Cricket Coach (ECB is the old name of UKCC Level 3).I am interested in Cricket development in Denmark .Kindly let me know how can i contribute in development.I love to work with schools, communities , people with special needs, women and National side.

I am involoved in coaching from last 8years As i involve in coaching from a long time and looking to develop my skills further.I have great leadership skills,experience in team selection.Most important i have very strong desire to achieve a success I have high standards of personal and team discipline.I am able to build, maintain and united a positive management team.

I adapt new environment very quickly.I completely understands the myths of a game .As i am a opening bowler and middle order bat involved in a game as a player,captain and coach. I understands all technical, tactical, mental and physically aspects and love to develop in players.

You may think why this Person is writing to our Association/Board/Federation for Cricket Coach Job I am interested to work in Cricket Developing Country.

I am a Level 3 High performance Cricket Coach Qualified from Cricket Australia and A Qualified Coach from Board of Control for Cricket in India.

I have very good knowledge of Fitness for Cricket I am a Master Degree in Physical Education. I believer in progressive work load for Cricket.
I can structure and monitor the strength and conditioning programme for Cricketers.

I am playing Cricket from the age of 10 and I am 35 at the moment. I have represented State University South Zone and All India University.

I have the experience of Coaching in all the 3 format of the game (T20, One day format, and Inning Game that is 4 day format of this lovely game.

I am organise State National and International Coaching Camps in Association with National Cricket Academy of (BCCI).

I am hard working; I have excellent knowledge of the Cricketing Skills.
I have excellent communication skills; and a very good motivator. I am working at the Grass root level (with beginners) of the game and also at the Elite level. Apart from this I am coaching the entire age category Boys and Girls from 12 Years, 14 Yeard, 16 Years, 19 Years, 22 Years, and 25 Years age category boys and girls.

I am looking for an assignment for 3 to 5 years. I am capable of structuring and running the National and state cricket Academy (Including Infrastructure Development) where we can develop the players in a scientific and holistic manner. Given an opportunity I will make sure the players are enjoying the game / learning, and motivate them to be the ambassadors' of the game of cricket. If the Board/Association/Federation wants me to work for development of community /school/university level to promote this Lovely game of cricket I will do the needful.

I can work for the development of Coaches. I BELEVE IN LEARNING AND SHARING KNOWLEDGE.

At the moment I am working with Goa State Cricket Association and Goa State Cricket Academy in India.

If given an opportunity I will work for the overall development of the players Team and Country.
